Everyone comes to us for different reasons, but at CrossFit Syracuse each and every member has an equal opportunity to achieve greatness! Whether your goal is to be able to walk up the stairs without getting winded or train at the competitive level, our coaches can help you get there.
We offer three different modes of training to suit a variety of clients:
Attend CrossFit classes led by highly qualified instructors; very flexible schedule; welcoming and supportive community.
For athletes who aspire to compete at CrossFit or generally want to take their training to the next level; your coach will write you custom weekly programming to be completed independently.
Schedule 1:1 or 2:1 sessions with a coach to receive more personal attention and programming.
