JV Squad is a dedicated CrossFit class for athletes ages 12-16. Perfect for kids who are looking for a way to get active and meet new friends, kids who want to improve strength and conditioning for another sport, and kids who dream of competing at The CrossFit Games.

The programming is optimized for young athletes, and new members can jump in at any time as the instruction is tailored towards beginners. Each class has some strength or skill work, a metabolic conditioning workout, and usually a quick game or two sprinkled in to keep it fun.

CFS provides a supportive environment for teens to grow their confidence, dramatically improve their fitness, and expand their circle of positive friends and influences.
