I began my athletic career as a figure skater at the age of 5 and competed through college until 2006.  I trained at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY where I was homeschooled throughout college to train competitively.  It was there that I gained a knowledge of body mechanics and technical skills acquired through my personal experiences training with Olympians.  I coached figure skating from 2005-2012 at Mitchell’s Skating Center in Niagara Falls, NY.  I enjoyed working with each athlete to identify and achieve their individual goals.

Currently, I work as a Chiropractor at Brighton Hill Chiropractic, PC where I focus on treating sports and soft tissue injuries and on corrective exercises and stretches to expedite rehabilitation and return to sports.  This allows me to work with athletes to influence the body’s performance, help speed up the healing process, reduce pain, and increase mobility in soft tissue injuries.  I have worked with athletes of all ages and skill levels in many different sports including CrossFit, Irish Dancing, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Bodybuilding, runners, triathletes, basketball players, and more.  My passion is to help athletes achieve their goals and reach their maximum level of performance by equipping them with specialized training and treatment systems to help keep them injury-free.  I believe that my background in soft tissue injures, biomechanics, figure skating coaching, and personal training is a unique blend that will benefit athletes to achieve optimal outcomes.  My background will allow me to identify discrepancies in performance motions, strengthen these weaknesses, and prevent injuries.

My number one passion and goal is to use my knowledge to mentor young athletes through custom designed, sport-specific training programs that will not only help them to achieve great things, but will also help them to grow as individuals learning the necessary life skills to help shape them into extraordinary individuals.
