Steph’s Paleo Friendly Pesto Pizza

Paleo Friendly Pesto Pizza (no cheese)

- preheat oven to 350
- mix 2+ cups of almond flour with 1-2 eggs
- mix with hands and mold on pizza pan

Homemade Pesto Sauce: In food processor
- 2 packed cups of fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup of good quality olive oil
- 1/3 cup of pine nuts (cashews or walnuts also make a nice pesto)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- blend till smooth then spread on almond flour crust
- add any paleo friendly toppings i.e. veggies, meat, etc. (no cheese)

Bake for about 20 minutes.
